The deal
Miso is an AI content assistant. You give it your footage and tell it what you want; it edits short-form video and, if you connect an account and approve a post, publishes it for you. By using Miso you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 18. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you link a phone number, anyone texting from that number is treated as you, so use a number you control.
Your content stays yours
You own the footage you upload and the videos Miso creates from it. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, process, and edit your content, and to publish it to accounts you have connected when you approve it.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any music, footage, or likeness in it.
Publishing
Miso publishes only to accounts you have connected, and only as you have authorised. You control how much autonomy it has, and you can pause or revoke it at any time. You are responsible for what gets posted to your accounts and for complying with the rules of those platforms.
What you can't do
- Upload content you don't have the rights to.
- Use Miso to create or publish illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Impersonate anyone, or post to accounts you don't own.
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the service.
We can suspend accounts that do these things.
AI output
Miso is a tool that makes editorial choices on your behalf. Review what it makes before it goes out. We don't guarantee any particular result, reach, or performance.
Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from the dashboard. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The legal bit
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
